Mince Pie night follows at the Leisure Centre

Groups of 3 doing 200 metre sprints for 20 minutes.
To make it more fun and to keep people moving we put a coach on each 200 and on the whistle every minute get the waiting runners to do the following activities:

0-1 star jumps
1-2 running man
2-3 high knees
3-4 butt kicks
4-5 high jumping

Repeat above 3 more times

Indiana Jones
1 x 800 in groups of 10 where person at back sprints to front
Group of 10 doing shuttle sprints of 50 metres 5 each end of 50 (winning team buys the beers
