Then you’ll end up back at the start line
100m Sprint is in lane 5-6 Only
2-minute static recovery between sets.
Aim for 2-3 repetitions. Quality over quantity
35 Minutes total time for set to stretching
Tips
Recovery is really important. Slow down in the ‘Easy’ section
Don’t cut short the 2 minute recovery, you’ll need it
