Hi Team,
Threshold Set – 1K repeats with 1 to 2-minute static recovery - depending on fitness.
1k is 2.5 laps, so you will start and stop on alternate sides of the track per repetition
Each 1K ran at Threshold pace and each one at same pace (Threshold is 8-9/10 > Not a sprint!
To give you an idea of pace - Think about your target 5k time and divide by 5. This should give you target pace for the effort
Set length will be 40 minutes after stretching
