Bracknell Forest Runners are extremely pleased to be supporting the national #runandtalk campaign this year.  Between 6th and 12th October, thousands of people will be talking part in organised events to show their support towards breaking down the stigma of mental health and to celebrate the significant benefits running brings to both our physical and mental health.

Bracknell Forest Runners now has four England Athletics Mental Health Champions (Wendy Sharp, Gary Farrell, Andy Scott and Jenny Griffiths), who will promote mental wellbeing through running and support the aims of #runandtalk.

Our usual Monday night road run on 8th October will be in support of this initiative. So please come along, and maybe take the opportunity to run with new people or at a slower pace than usual so you can #runandtalk. The regular pace groups will be on offer, with Gary and Andy running in different groups to represent the Mental Health Champions.

Date: Monday 8th October 2018 18:30 (to leave at 18:45)
