Pacer Request - Bracknell Samaritans 5+10K / Saturday 29th June 2019

All pacers will receive free entry and a free pacer vest (One pacer for each time)

Times will be allocated on a first come / first served basis - Please email socialmedia@bracknell-forest-runners.org.uk

You should be able to easily run the time, please do not volunteer for a time if would be near to, or be a PB

We are looking for pacers for the 5k at following times (Minutes)

• 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50

We are looking for pacers for the 10k at following times (Minutes)

• 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80
