Sunday pace groups will be arranged on the day.  It is essential that you sign up here in advance so that we can ensure we are able to meet the COVID guidelines laid out below.

In registering for this event you agree to support BFR organising running events in a socially distanced manner through:

• Following government advice to mitigate the spread of COVID-19
• Maintaining a gap of 2m between yourself and other attendees who are not in the same social bubble as you
• Ensuring you are not to your knowledge
  • i) currently suffering from COVID-19,
  • ii) have symptoms consistent with COVID-19,
  • iii) have recently been in contact with someone who is or believes they are suffering from COVID-19 
  • iv) self-isolating
• Letting BFR know if you feel unwell with COVID-like symptoms following the event

BFR wish to offer opportunity for our members to join group activities whilst taking account, as far as practical, of Government guidance to reduce the risk of COVID-19. This infectious disease can result in serious and potentially fatal illness. There is a risk of the transmission of COVID–19 in any environment where people come together. Despite our best intentions to mitigate the risk, some infection risk will remain. Further, we cannot guarantee that your fellow participants will always follow the measures that we have introduced. Therefore whilst we wish to offer group activity, this is not to be construed as a recommendation. We cannot accept liability. Members must consider for themselves whether they are prepared to take the risk of participating in a group activity. Please do not participate if you are in any doubt about the danger.
