We need 4 bits of information...

1. Please clearly state whether you would like a zipped or standard hoodie
2. Include size (XS / S / M / L / XL / XXL) [More detail - Size - Chest (To Fit) XS - 34, S - 36, M - 40, L - 44, XL - 48, XXL - 52]
3. Initials on front (You get 2)
4. Personalisation on back (You get 10, upper and lower case)

Please then pay £30 into the club account, leave 'hoodie' as a reference if possible (payment must be made at the same time as the order)

Order closes on Monday 2nd December (to ensure delivery in time for Christmas)

For this order to go ahead, there needs to be a minimum of 20 hoodies. If this number falls short, they will be carried forward to the next order in January.
